25 Years Of Service
Spreadwise is 25 Years old this year and to celebrate this special milestone we have brought back the very popular Contractor 8 hose realer with a galvanised frame. The Contractor 8 can carry up to 1600 meters of 4" hose and comes with individual bobbins and an A frame.

Industrial 5-127 Reeler
The Spreadwise Industrial 5 Hose Realer can carry up to 1000 meters of 4 or 5" PU drag hose and has 5 individual bobbins for fast and easy handling of hose and can be made or painted to the customers specification.

Royal Welsh Winter Fair
We are very pleased to say we have had great success at the winter fair it was very good to speak to new customers as well as existing ones.
We had a lot of interest off farmers looking for ways of saving costs in spreading and separating slurry. Spreadwise are able to offer Bauer and Fan Seperator's which can help farmers to manage their slurry more efficiently depending on their needs, also Spreadwise were showcasing the new Hilcoflex PU drag hose made by Gollmer and Hummel.

We will be showcasing two new products at the NEC next month! The first product is the Newer version of the Industrial 5 Reeler which now can be used with 5" PU Hose.
More farmers and Contractors are using 5" drag hose to achieve better pumping volumes the Industrial 5-127 keeps Spreadwise a leader in the field of Liquid Technology.
The Second New Product is the New 12m Slim Line Dribble Bar comes fully galvanised and fitted with a Vogelsang 48/40 Macerator, also on the dribble bar are 250 mm drop spacings and a unique spring loaded break back and hydraulic interlocks to minimise any damage that can occur.

The Spreadwise Hydraulic Slurry Mixer is best suited on a Telehandler or digger it is ideal for mixing Towers and lagoons, the Mixer has a 35hp motor and can be mounted on brackets to suit your machine or simply fitted on the pallet forks.
The required oil flow is 60ltrs/min and all Stirrers are made to suit the customers specification.

Even the best systems may need adapting to meet exceptional needs and all systems need some sort of service attention from time to time. These are the reasons that Spreadwise has developed a full service and customisation facility at its Nantwich HQ.
A skilled manufacture and assembly team are equipped with CNC machinery, welding, grinding and other crucial equipment to recondition and repair items.
We know the wear rate on some equipment particularly separators is unavoidably high, when we receive an item for service we aim to get customers up and running again with minimal disruption so we turn their work round as quickly as we can.

Celebrating 10 years of Ferrari
Spreadwise is celebrating the 10 year milestone of being the sole UK supplier of Ferrari slurry and dirty water pumps, building them into countless systems.
Spreadwise Ferrari pumps are the beating hearts of hundreds of systems in daily use for transferring slurry, dirty water and digestate to storage tanks and lagoons and moving it onwards via an umbilical system to the fields.
