Warranty Policy

This statement applies to Spreadwise web sites worldwide.

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of our company Spreadwise Limited.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from our company or through a recognised dealer. The physical goods covered are anything manufactured by our company Spreadwise Limited.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Spreadwise will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Any parts or components NOT manufactured by Spreadwise will be covered by their own manufacturers warranty and will be dealt with in accordance with their policy. For paint, please see specific clause below.

Paint and Coating Warranty

Paint applied to guards, external panels, and decorative body components is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship, including premature peeling, flaking, or loss of adhesion under normal use and conditions.

Paint applied to surfaces that are reasonably expected to come into contact with vehicles, machinery, loading equipment, trailer beds, tyres, tracks, or similar mechanical contact is considered a wear surface and is not covered under this warranty.

Additionally, paint exposed to regular contact with slurry, fertiliser, chemicals, or other corrosive materials is excluded from warranty coverage. Due to the nature of these operating conditions, deterioration of coatings in such areas is considered normal wear.

Any paint in the above conditions shall be treated as a consumable or wearing component and is therefore excluded from warranty claims relating to abrasion, impact damage, corrosion resulting from surface damage, or gradual loss of coating.

What will we do to correct problems?

Spreadwise Limited will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. The decision to repair or replace is solely the decision of Spreadwise Limited. Our obligation is to return your equipment to its original working position.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Spreadwise is 365 days from the date of delivery.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Goods and does not ‘reset’ the warranty period.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

•  Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in workmanship.
•  Damage caused by failure to follow the user manual.
•  Misuse.
•  Wearing Parts (defined as: Any component of machinery or equipment that experiences wear and
